When you say “Youth Group” what mental pictures flash across your mind? A big dark room full of kids, loud music, kids sitting in the back row half asleep, kids shoving pickles up their noses, kids in the parking lot smoking or making out?
We don’t have a youth group here at LSCC, what we have is Youth Discipleship. Today’s students are dealing with some major issues in life. We believe that students need to meet Jesus personally. They need to learn that the Bible is their lifeline and that the
Holy Spirit is here to help them in their struggles.
Youth also want to be heard, that is why we are
here to listen.

Focus on Youth Relationships
Get rid of the Hype
Get rid of Legalism
Stay Christ Centered
