Men's Ministry
Hey guys, have you hung up the gloves because you're just too tired of fighting this Christian battle? Life can be tough sometimes. As men we have a lot on our plate: Spending time with the family, work, honey-do lists, driving down the hill, car repairs, paying bills, honey - do lists, coaching Little League, hitting the gym and on and on. And then there's those personal battles we all face.
But Christ died on the cross so that we could have the victory in this world. He also designed it for men to hang out with each other so that we could encourage each other. Christ laid down His life for us, we need to lay down the Black and Decker and the remote control, and spend time with the Lord and with other brothers in Christ.
Our goal here at LSCC is to get men back on track with God. We want to train up men to be godly dads, husbands and true men of integrity. So get back in the ring, you've got Jesus in your corner.
Life Groups
Life Groups are the informal gathering of our church body, who meet in homes, to share life together.
How do Growth Groups work?
They are facilitated by a servant leader and focus on a common format that includes:
1. Applying points from the Sunday sermons and relevant Scriptures to our lives
2. Giving and receiving encouragement and support
3. A time of sharing praises and prayer requests
4. Periodic social events and acts of service
When do Growth Groups meet?
1. They meet every other week at a set time. (Twice a month)
2. Meeting times range from an hour and a half to two hours.
3. Most meetings are held in the evening.
Where do Growth Groups meet?
They are typically hosted in homes that are in or near your community.

A place to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ

Develop real relationships
Practice encouragement / support accountability
Pray and praise together
Expectations
Participate regularly with your attendance, time and talents
Be open, encouraging and honest
Share your praises and prayer concerns
Focus on applying the Word to your life
Maintain confidentiality and create a safe environment
Pray for one another throughout the week
Have an "open chair", i.e. be willing to receive new members into the group
Outreach
God is moving in the hearts and lives of so many people, all around the world. Living Springs Community Church is committed to spreading the gospel to the nations of the world, without neglecting our own community. We are also here to be the hands of Jesus to those that are hungry, thirsty, homeless and in distress.
